This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creative storytelling, fast-paced editing, and performance marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Editing short-form videos (15–45 seconds) for social media ads
• Creating engaging story-driven edits using UGC-style footage
• Adding captions, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects
• Combining talking-head footage with product B-roll
• Making videos visually appealing and optimized for social media
• Producing multiple variations of ads (different hooks, avatars, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
You should:
• Have experience editing short-form social media content
• Understand UGC ad style editing
• Be able to tell a clear story that sells the product
• Know how to make the first 3 seconds attention-grabbing
• Be creative with pacing, subtitles, and visuals
• Be reliable and able to deliver consistently

Most videos will include:
• A strong hook
• A short script from a creator
• B-roll footage of the product
• On-screen text explaining benefits
• A strong call-to-action
