JOB OVERVIEW

Take raw footage and find where the story actually is.

We're a video production and content marketing agency working with businesses across property, finance, engineering, trades, and retail, creating content that gets results, not just videos that look nice. We're growing fast and looking for a talented editor to join for the long haul, not a one-off project.

What You'll Do
-Edit social media reels, brand videos, paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube), and YouTube long-form content
-Cut interviews, testimonials, case studies, and behind-the-scenes content
-Make your own creative and structural calls on pacing and story, not just follow a shot list
-Add motion graphics, text, sound design, and colour grading where needed
-Keep footage and project files organized and easy to navigate
-Communicate proactively, flag anything unclear, and give realistic timelines
-Take feedback in stride and turn it around quickly without losing quality

Minimum Qualifications
-A genuine eye for story: able to point to specific ---------- nts in your reel where an edit choice made the piece stronger, not just where you executed a brief
-Great written and spoken English
-Strong skills in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
-Fast, reliable internet and a computer that can handle 4K footage
-A reliable external drive/SSD with enough capacity for active projects, plus a consistent backup habit

Nice to Have
-After Effects and motion graphics experience
-Experience editing specifically for social platforms
-A track record editing for real clients/businesses, not just personal projects
-Comfort working async across time zones
