We are iTalent Sports (ITS) — a sports management and media company focused on building athlete brands through high-level content.

We work with college and professional athletes, primarily in golf, creating content across:

YouTube (long-form storytelling)
Instagram Reels
TikTok

Our style blends:

Dude Perfect energy
MrBeast pacing + storytelling
Golf creators like Zac Radford, Good Good Golf, and Grant Horvat

???? We are NOT looking for basic editors.
???? We are looking for someone who understands content that performs.

???? What You’ll Be Editing

You’ll work on a mix of:

???? YouTube (Primary Focus)
Match play videos (9-hole / 18-hole challenges)
Athlete stories (“Day in the Life”, “Road to Pro”)
Competitive formats (challenges, scrambles, etc.)
Episodic content (series-based storytelling)

???? Example style reference:
Fast-paced, engaging, story-driven edits like MrBeast — but applied to sports.

???? Short-Form Content
Instagram Reels
TikTok edits
YouTube Shorts

???? Hooks, captions, pacing are critical.

?? Editing Style We Want

This is VERY important.

You should be comfortable with:

Fast cuts + strong pacing
Storytelling (not just cutting clips)
Music selection + timing
Sound effects (subtle but impactful)
Text overlays (clean, modern, not cheesy)
Motion graphics (basic to intermediate)
Zooms, punch-ins, dynamic framing
Highlighting key ---------- nts (wins, reactions, tension)

???? What Makes You a Great Fit

You:

Understand YouTube retention and pacing
Know how to build hooks in first 5–10 seconds
Can turn raw footage into a STORY
Have a feel for sports content (golf is a big plus)
Stay up to date with trending editing styles
Can take feedback and iterate quickly

Strong experience with:
Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
After Effects (preferred)
Ability to edit both:
Long-form (8–15 min videos)
Short-form vertical content
Good internet connection
Fluent in English (written)
