JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

We are a Spanish health brand selling in Spain. Our main channel is Meta Ads, and we are scaling fast. We are looking for a video editor who wants to grow with us long-term, not a one-off freelancer.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a short project. We want someone who can become a core part of our production team.

Around 90% of the work is AI video. If you cannot edit AI avatar videos and AI-generated footage at a high level, this role is not for you.

You will work on:

AI avatar videos (HeyGen) — our main format
AI-generated animations and footage (Kling, Higgsfield and similar tools)
Short-form ads for Facebook and Instagram
Winning ad variations (hooks, banners, CTAs)
Occasional B-roll, UGC-style and VSL videos (about 10% of the work)

We produce for Spain (Castilian Spanish). No need to speak Spanish natively, but attention to detail with the text is essential.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD FIT

You already know how to make AI video ads. We are not hiring beginners to learn HeyGen on the job.
You are FAST. A HeyGen / short-form AI ad takes you 3–4 hours, not 10.
You care about the details. Spanish accents, punctuation, clean audio, lip-sync, smooth cuts.
You are HONEST. You tell us if a video will take longer BEFORE you start, not after.
You are RELIABLE. Deadlines matter. Communication matters.
You OWN your work. You catch mistakes before we do.

For the test project you use your own tool accounts. Free trials are fine.
We monitor tool usage. Using our accounts for anything other than our work = immediate end of collaboration.
We track hours and pay them, but hours must match real work. Inflated hours = immediate end of collaboration.
