About Us
Golden Stain is a fast-growing home services company based in Colorado. We specialize in fence and deck staining, deck rebuilds, and exterior home transformations. We're building a strong social media presence on TikTok and Instagram ---------- and need a talented editor who can help us blow up online with consistent, high-quality content every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

Edit and deliver 1–2 short-form videos per day (30–60 videos per month)
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels (15–60 seconds)
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music/sound effects, and color grading
Follow Golden Stain's brand style (colors, fonts, tone) consistently
Review our current content ---------- on TikTok and Instagram and actively suggest improvements
Stay up to date on trending sounds, formats, and editing styles
Communicate daily via Slack or WhatsApp — responsiveness is a must
Submit videos in the correct format and resolution for each platform

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Potential)

Experience running Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
If you have hands-on ad experience with proven results — show us. Screenshots, case studies, ROAS numbers, anything that proves it worked
The more experience and results you bring, the higher your pay grows
This is a long-term role with real room to earn more as you perform

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong portfolio or sample videos you've edited
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Reliable internet and computer — you must be able to deliver every day
Available 7 days a week for video delivery (weekends included)
Strong attention to detail, fast turnaround, and good communication in English
Self-motivated — you don't need hand-holding to get work done

Nice to Have

Experience editing content for trades, construction, or home services brands
Knowledge of viral trends and what makes short-form content perform
Experience with subtitles and captions optimized for mobile viewing

Deliverables & Schedule

1–2 finished videos delivered daily via Google Drive or shared folder
Raw footage provided by us — you handle all editing
Videos delivered within 24 hours of receiving footage
Monthly volume: 30–60 videos

Pay & Terms

Starting at $250/month (flat rate, paid monthly)
Pay increases based on performance and experience — especially if you bring Meta Ads skills with proven results
Raw footage is provided by us — your job is to make it shine
Performance reviews every 30 days
Long-term position — we invest in people who deliver
