SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Part-Time | Remote | Philippines Preferred | $5/hour

Nicole's Beauty is looking for a reliable, creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant specializing in social media content, video editing, and marketing support.

I am a beauty entrepreneur, licensed esthetician, educator, and founder of a growing beauty brand. I'm looking for someone who can help me consistently execute my content and marketing so I can spend more time focusing on my business, clients, products, and teaching.

???? PAY
Starting at $5/hour
30-day paid trial period.
After the first 60 days, there is an opportunity for a pay increase based on performance, reliability, creativity, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

I am looking for someone who wants to grow with my business long-term—not someone looking for a short-term job. Part-time to start, eventually will need full time.

???? MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: VIDEO EDITING
This will be the largest part of your role.
I will provide you with videos/photos and explain what I want including prompts. I have a marketing plan already for you to follow. No need to start from scratch.

You will:
Edit approximately 5 videos/photos per week
Edit Instagram Reels and TikToks
Add text/on-screen captions
Create engaging hooks
Cut unnecessary portions of videos
Add appropriate transitions when needed
Format videos for Instagram/TikTok
Create captions for each post
Help repurpose existing content
Maintain a clean, luxury, professional beauty aesthetic
I may send you a video explaining exactly how I want something edited. You don't have to guess what I'm looking for—I will provide direction and examples.
You should be comfortable learning my style and eventually being able to make creative decisions independently.

Editing software:
CapCut experience is REQUIRED.
You will be given access to my CapCut account for work purposes.

Help manage content for: (I will use the same video for each platform, and upload myself)
Instagram

Facebook
TikTok

Responsibilities include:

Creating captions
Adding hashtags/SEO keywords when appropriate
Repurposing content across platforms
Helping maintain consistent posting
Authentic captions are VERY important to me.
I do not want generic AI-sounding captions.

I can give you the idea, topic, talking points, or prompts, and you will turn that information into a natural, engaging caption that sounds like a real person.

Create and schedule:
2 emails per week
These may include:
Product promotions
Educational content
Beauty tips
New product announcements
Sales
Business/education content
Storytelling
Client/customer emails
I will provide the topic, offer, or direction.
You will help turn it into a polished email.

Create and schedule:
2 marketing texts per week
Texts may promote:
Products
Promotions
Appointments
New launches
Classes
Special announcements
Messages should be short, natural, and persuasive without feeling spammy.

I will provide the overall direction and ideas.
I may use prompts/AI to help develop marketing concepts, and then I need you to turn those ideas into real, authentic content and upload them into capcut

You will help with:

Weekly marketing planning

Social media campaigns

Facebook advertising
Content repurposing
Marketing research
Competitor research when needed

Facebook Ads
Experience creating or managing Meta/Facebook ads is a BIG plus.
You don't necessarily need to be an advanced ads manager, but you should understand the basics of:

Creating campaigns
Choosing my current audience - women and age 25-45
Creating ad creatives
Writing ad copy
Monitoring results

But over time, I want you to understand my brand well enough to say:

"I think this Reel would perform better if we changed the hook."
or
"This video could be repurposed into three pieces of content."
or
"This topic performed really well last week. We should create another version."
I want a long-term team member who can grow with the business.

⏰ HOURS
Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start.
Flexible schedule, but you must be:

After 60 days, there is potential for a pay increase for someone who consistently performs well and takes on more responsibility.
