Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and creative operator to support a growing real estate and personal brand business. This role combines content production, social media management, and executive support.
You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute quickly without constant direction.
Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, Shorts, podcasts)
- Add captions, basic motion graphics, and branding elements
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips
- Maintain organized media files and content library
- Deliver edits on schedule
Social Media Management
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Write captions and schedule posts
- Publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,
- Monitor engagement and basic analytics
- Assist with content ideas aligned with real estate and investing
Executive Support
- Manage calendar and scheduling
- Prepare simple documents and marketing materials
Qualifications
- Experience editing video content
- Familiar with social media platforms and short-form trends
- Strong organization and time management
- Clear written communication
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate or personal branding is a plus
