JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editing Assistant For Yoga Videos

Tasks:
Your main tasks will be video editing. Other tasks will be smaller assistant duties such as: Basic graphic design, posting to social media (YouTube & Meta), research, adhering to an outline of a social media strategy, and other smaller tasks.

Hours per week: We will start off at 10-20 hours per week. If this is a good fit then you will transition to full time work.

Must-Have Job Requirements:
* Experience doing yoga.
* Strong internet connection
* A computer that can handle complex video editing tasks.
* Intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Basic graphic design experience (Canva).
* Intermediate experience with Google services such as Docs & Sheets.
* An understanding of aspect ratios for various platform placements - 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc…
* Ability to work at least 10hrs/ week (More hours will be given depending on your varied skill sets)
* A clean, clear, and quite workspace with minimal distractions.
* At least 2 years video editing experience.
* Experience using other (smaller) video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, or Veed.
* A positive attitude.

Provide 3 examples of your video editing work. You can share with me the YouTube link, or a link in Google Drive that has some of your edits you’ve done.

Provide 5 -10 examples of your basic graphic design work.

What is your internet upload/download speed? Please provide a screenshot.

What type of computer do you have? Is it a laptop or desktop? Does it have a graphics card? How fast is the processor and does it have a GPU? RAM? Drive space? Please give as many details as possible.

How long have you worked with Adobe Premiere Pro?

How long have you done yoga for? Do you like yoga? How many classes have you taken? Do you understand most of the basic poses? (You are not required to do or film any yoga for this job, however I just want to make sure that you have a good knowledge base around yoga.)

Please describe your workspace. What time of day do you typically like to work?

Do you have experience using other basic video editing tools that help with posting to social media such as CapCut, Veed, or Descript? If so, what tools have you used?
