The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor & Social Media Content Specialist in the Philippines to own our publishing machine. Our founders record weekly sessions via Riverside; your primary job is to edit that raw footage into long-form and short-form videos, then turn those into consistent LinkedIn, YouTube, and
This is an execution role. Your scorecard is simple: ship high-quality video content every week.

Pinnacle helps mid-market manufacturers in North America ship smarter. We cut LTL claims, reclasses, and dock chaos using our managed transport service plus tools like QBOID and our free LTL Flow app. We offer various modes of transportation, including LTL, FTL, Drayage, and Cross-Border, and are a top 5 Agent of a $2B US brokerage.
We also have a growing, long-term team in the Philippines. We currently have 20+ full-time PH teammates spread across the islands, from Davao and Cebu to Manila and the north, working in operations, marketing, and support. You’re not “just a VA” here – you’re treated as a core part of the company.

What You’ll Do
Manage a simple content calendar for LinkedIn, YouTube, and our
Edit raw founder recordings (Riverside files) using Descript (or similar) into:
1 long-form YouTube video per week (15–30 minutes).
6 LinkedIn video posts per week (2 per founder profile).
Write and schedule:
12+ LinkedIn posts per week across 3 founder profiles + company page.

Use AI tools with our prompts to help draft copy, but you own the final words and make them sound like a real human in our voice.
Build and maintain a proof library (screenshots, testimonials, photos, report snippets) in Google Drive, organized and tagged for easy reuse.
Prepare image/video + copy variants in folders so our team/agency can easily plug them into Meta retargeting.
Send a short weekly performance + pipeline report (written + Loom).

You’re a Fit If:
You’ve managed social content for businesses or clients (not just your personal pages) and can prove it.
You can show posts you wrote and videos you edited.
You write natural American-style business English and can mirror a brand voice from examples.
You’re organized, proactive, and like having clear weekly targets.
You can work full-time from the Philippines with 2–3 hours overlap with US mornings (around 8–11 am Eastern).

Weekly YouTube and daily LinkedIn content, consistently echoed on
A clean archive of clips, posts, and proof assets we reuse often.
Inbound conversations and leads that clearly started from content.
