JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce 5 short-form clips per day (Mon–Fri): 15–90 sec TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts with strong hooks, captions and trend-aware motion graphics.

Deliver 1–2 long-form videos per week: 5–20 min YouTube videos, podcasts or course modules with B-roll, chapter markers and high watch-time retention.

Repurpose long-form into micro-clips (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and create matching thumbnails when needed.

Track daily trends and pitch fresh ideas in our ---------- content channel.

Collaborate via Google Drive (assets), Asana (tasks), ---------- (stand-ups) and Loom (feedback).

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve plus After Effects or CapCut for captions.

Dynamic word-by-word captions with branded fonts.

---------- & trend literacy: sound syncing, punch-in zooms, GIF overlays.

Solid sound design: music beds, SFX risers, balanced levels.

Basic color grading / skin-tone correction.

Cloud workflow: ---------- (or similar), Google Drive, Asana, ---------- , Loom.

NICE-TO-HAVE

Thumbnail design (Photoshop or Canva).

Basic YouTube SEO: titles, tags, chapters.

Spoken English sufficient for quick Loom calls.

DELIVERABLES & TURNAROUND

Short-form clips: 5 per day — 24 hrs.

Long-form videos: 1–2 per week — 72 hrs.

Thumbnails (optional): 1 per video — 24 hrs.

KPIs

Hook retention ? 70 % on Shorts.

Increased average view duration on long-form.

On-time delivery ? 95 %.

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate: Starting at USD $4, paid semi-monthly via Wise.

Trial project: 1 long-form video + 5 shorts.

Performance bonuses for viral clips and consistent KPIs.
