JOB OVERVIEW

I am building my personal brand and therefore i'm looking for someone to handle video editing + thumbnail creation.

The content is business focused, made for founders and business owners.
Think talking head YouTube videos, clear structure, strong pacing, and clean shorts.

The editing style is very similar to Alex Hormozi:
• Talking head
• Clear cuts
• Strong subtitles
• Clean but dynamic
• Focus on clarity, not fancy effects

I am looking for one editor who takes full ownership of post production.

This is a long term role, not a one off project.

What you will edit

Each week:
• 2 long form YouTube videos
• 14 shorts (Clips from long form or standalone shorts)

You will also:
• Create YouTube thumbnails
• Handle sound cleanup
• Do basic color grading
• Deliver ready to post content

Style & tools

You must be comfortable with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
• After Effects
• Audio cleanup and leveling
• Color correction and basic grading
• Subtitles for shorts

The style is:
• Clean
• Clear
• Business focused
• No over editing
• Attention driven, not flashy
