GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Wheeler Home Concepts is a premium real estate photography and marketing company serving Delaware and the surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality photography, video, digital media, and design services for realtors and businesses. Our reputation is built on excellence, creativity, and top-tier service.

We’re looking for a Video Editor to support our growing team with video editing, reels editing, long-form editing, ai video editing/generation, and other projects as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in creative software tools.

Must provide a link to a portfolio of your work with your application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Photography & Media Support
• MLS Real Estate Videos: Create cinematic style horizontal property videos for real estate..
• Photobooth Display Videos: Design and update photobooth overlays and templates, as needed.
• Reels Editing: Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using Premier Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Long-form video editing: Interviews, podcasts, etc.
• AI Video Generation/Prompting: Use AI video generation tools to help bring creative and unique ideas to life to add to our video content.
• Assist with Writing and Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Organization: Maintain organized records and files of images, projects, and updates in our system.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• We hire for attitude and train for skill, but experience in general administrative tasks is helpful
• Must be able to work flexible hours; Ability to work with a sense of urgency when focusing on a task
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with clients
• Ability to maintain a positive rapport with co-workers, Realtors, and clients a must
• Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations, codes and guidelines; Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to production

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with:
• Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (Reels/Video Editing)
• Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Must have a reliable computer capable of running the required applications and 4K60 video.
• Must have fast, reliable internet for remote collaboration.
• Good to excellent English skills (spoken & written) for communication, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Must be able to work 8am-Noon Monday-Saturday, Eastern Standard Time (4 hrs). There is potential for this to become a full-time job for the right candidate.
