Summary:
We are seeking a ROCKSTAR Video Editor who specializes in clean, high-performing content. This role is focused on short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) as well as long-form YouTube and sales videos.

The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and fast, with a strong ability to follow direction while delivering polished, caption-driven edits. We’re looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing work and can grow with a fast-moving team.

Job Type:

Workload:
Consistent weekly work
Mix of short-form and long-form content

Location:
Remote / Virtual

Pay:
$10–$50 per short-form video
$100–$300 per long-form video
(Pay based on experience, quality, and speed)

Requirements:
Ability to meet fast turnaround times (24–48 hours preferred)
Strong attention to detail (especially captions and timing)
Ability to follow both written and video instructions
Strong communication and reliability
Comfortable working with Google Drive
Ability to use AI tools to increase efficiency
Strong internet connection
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience editing short-form content and YouTube videos
Understands pacing, retention, and clean editing styles
Can create accurate, well-timed captions
Works quickly without sacrificing quality
Is proactive and takes ownership of their work
Is organized and can manage multiple files/projects
Is looking for consistent, long-term work
Has a great attitude and is open to feedback

Responsibilities:
Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Editing long-form YouTube and sales videos
Adding clean, accurate captions
Ensuring videos are engaging and properly paced
Meeting deadlines consistently
Collaborating with the team and implementing feedback
Organizing and delivering files via Google Drive
Continuously improving speed and quality of output

Style of Editing:
Clean and simple
Minimal effects
Caption-focused
Fast-paced but not over-edited
Efficiency and turnaround time are critical

Tools:
We are tool-agnostic, but you must be efficient.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
CapCut
Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
AI editing tools (required mindset)
Google Drive (required)
