JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring 10 short-form video editors. Not one. Ten.

We are a fast growing e-commerce group with our own DTC brands across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the UK and more. Our ads reach over 100 million people every month, and we launch a new product almost every day. Video is our bottleneck, so we are building a team that runs seven days a week.

Because we are hiring ten, this is not a lottery where one person wins. Show a real portfolio, follow the onboarding, deliver in your first week, and you are in. Most people who do not make it here fail by ignoring instructions, not on talent.

WHAT YOU EARN

$200 USD per month base, guaranteed, paid weekly through PayPal.

Plus $25 for every ad of yours that reaches 10,000 SEK (about $900) in ad spend while holding a ROAS above 3.0.

Maximum $400 per month. We tell you the ceiling openly, because we do not promise numbers we will not pay.

HOW THE BONUS WORKS

Every ad you make is tracked. When one hits 10,000 SEK in spend and is still above 3.0 ROAS, that is a winner and you get $25. We check three days later, so late conversions count in your favour. Once earned it is yours, even if the ad fades afterwards. One bonus per ad.

WHERE THIS GOES

This role is the entry, not the ceiling.

Perform as an individual - real editing skill, how well you absorb instructions, how fast you work - and you get upgraded to our experienced editors.

At that level you get a personal creative strategist, and together you build brands and scale them into the millions. You also get a share of that brand's profit.

That is where the real money is made, and it is why we care more about how you think than how fast you cut.

THE WORK

You are not building ads from scratch. You take proven formats that already work and adapt them fast for our products. References, hooks and briefs are prepared for you.

Daily: work through your queue, produce one adapted version per brand, adapt voiceover, captions, hook and pacing, upload and mark done, stay responsive in the group chat.

OUR NUMBER ONE RULE

What the voiceover says must match what is on screen. If the voice says my ears are hurting, the viewer sees someone in pain in the ear. Editors who ignore this do not last here.

Solid short-form editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or similar)
Comfortable with AI tools (ElevenLabs, ChatGPT)
Good English, fast communication
Clean spelling, clean cuts, no watermarks
Full-time availability
