The Role
You will edit short-form video ads for our brands based on detailed briefs from our Creative Strategists. Your job is to execute the brief precisely while making the videos as relatable, native, and scroll-stopping as possible.
We need someone who thinks beyond just cutting clips. You understand why an ad performs or flops, you spot weak hooks before they go live, and you constantly look for ways to make the next version better.
What You Will Do
Receive detailed creative briefs from our Creative Strategists and execute them precisely
Edit short-form video ads for our brands across TikTok, Reels, and
Build videos that feel native and relatable, not like polished commercials
Craft hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–2 seconds
Add text, captions, sound effects, transitions, and graphics that lift performance
Help analyze what made winning ads win, and apply those learnings to the next round
You Are a Good Fit If You
Have proven experience editing short-form social ads (TikTok / Reels / FB ads)
Follow briefs and instructions precisely, every time
Understand why an ad works: hooks, pacing, retention, emotional triggers
Build videos that feel like a real person made them
Work fast, independently, and hit deadlines
Take feedback well and treat every revision as a chance to improve
