The role
You make the ads. Contractors send us footage from job sites — smart glasses, drone, phone — and you turn it into short-form ads that stop a thumb in the first three seconds. The standard is 7 ads, 3 organic posts and 1 thirty-second B-roll creative per batch, inside 24 hours, with revisions inside 12. Polish matters, but the hook matters more: an ad nobody stops for does not get a second chance.

What you'll do
Cut 7 vertical ads, 3 organic posts and 1 thirty-second B-roll creative from each batch of raw footage
Put the hook in the first three seconds, every time
Crop mixed footage — smart-glasses 3:4, drone, handheld — cleanly to 9:16
Add subtitles, including Spanish versions for some clients
Turn around revisions inside 12 hours
Use drone footage whenever it exists — it goes in the ad
Keep each client's folder organized so any batch can be found later
What we're looking for
A portfolio of short-form ads or reels. This matters more than anything else on the form
You understand hooks. You can say why the first three seconds of your best ad work
Fast. Real 24-hour turnarounds on real projects, not ideal-world estimates
Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
You take feedback well and argue for your cut when you are right
