About Us
We’re a New York-based team building modern financial products that combine financial discovery and trading into one seamless experience.
Our team includes builders and operators with backgrounds across Instagram, Tesla, Meta, and institutional quantitative trading firms in New York including Optiver. We bring together experience from consumer-scale products, high-performance engineering environments, and quantitative systems to build products that feel simple despite underlying complexity.
We apply modern Silicon Valley product workflows to make complex systems feel intuitive, fast, and scalable.
We are currently preparing for closed alpha and building with a small, high-ownership team that values speed, strong product thinking, and execution.

The Role
You will work directly with the team to create high-performing video content across different channels and formats.
You should be comfortable taking direction, making creative decisions independently, and producing edits that feel modern, intentional, and clean.
Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
• Edit short-form and long-form video content
• Transform raw footage into polished final deliverables
• Create strong pacing, storytelling, and retention-driven edits
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual enhancements where appropriate
• Select music, footage, and supporting visuals that improve content quality
• Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats
Creative Execution
• Translate rough concepts into engaging videos
• Improve clarity, energy, and viewer experience through editing
• Maintain visual consistency and quality standards
• Iterate quickly based on feedback

Workflow
• Organize files and maintain clean project structures
• Deliver edits within agreed timelines
• Communicate clearly around progress and blockers
• Work efficiently using modern editing workflows and AI tools where useful

Requirements

Core Skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality editing work
• Proven experience editing content that feels modern and polished
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, retention, and viewer psychology
• Excellent sense of timing, music, composition, and visual flow
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality under fast iteration cycles
• Strong communication and responsiveness

Tools
Experience with one or more:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• CapCut (advanced workflows)

Nice to Have
• Motion graphics experience
• Experience creating content for founders, startups, or consumer brands
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing workflows
• Experience with YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, or performance content
• Thumbnail or light design skills
