JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled video editor to help produce fast-paced, short-form ad videos for a growing e-commerce brand selling a home inspection gadget. We run video ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in several European markets.

What the work involves:

Editing raw footage (UGC-style clips, product demos, voiceovers) into polished 20-40 second ad videos
Adding captions, on-screen text/headlines, background music, and sound effects
Following our established style guide (fast cuts, one idea per clip, bold captions, hook in the first 3-5 seconds)
Syncing voiceover (provided via AI voice tools) with visuals and captions
Iterating quickly based on feedback – we test many ad variations regularly

What we're looking for:

Experience editing short-form content for social media ads (Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad style)
Comfortable working in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (your choice of software, as long as you're fast and skilled)
Strong eye for pacing, timing, and what keeps viewers watching
Able to work independently once given a script/raw footage and a style reference
Good communication and fast turnaround – we often need quick iterations

This is an ongoing part-time role with steady volume of videos each week. We're flexible on hours depending on your availability and how many videos we need in a given week.
