Seeking Full-Time Video Editor — Specialised in Hooks for Meta Ads (Italian E-commerce)

Contract type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly [insert your hourly rate here]
Working hours: Morning and/or afternoon shift only — no night shifts accepted
Creative language: Italian

Who we are
We run a fast-growing Italian e-commerce business. We produce a high volume of video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and constantly test new creatives to understand what converts best.

What we're looking for
A video editor who:

Has concrete and proven experience in creating hooks (the first 3 seconds that d ---------- whether someone keeps watching or scrolls away) — not just technical editing, but the ability to understand what captures attention.

Can work quickly, meeting delivery deadlines without needing to be chased.

Is available to work mornings and/or afternoons only — those who work exclusively at night are not the right fit for us.

Wants to be paid by the hour, not per project/piece of work.

Wants to grow: we're not just looking for executors, but someone who wants to improve over time and take on increasing responsibility.

Knows how to use AI tools at least at a basic level (image/voice generation, assisted editing, etc. — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to know them and be able to integrate them into your workflow).

Is available full-time.
