JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced video editor who can take a brief and own the edit end to end. You'll create educational content viewed directly by some of the top athletes in the world — think F1 racers and NBA players.

Please note: this is not a pure editing role. We're looking for a storyteller — someone who can ideate concepts, write the script, and shape the narrative, then bring it to life in the edit. If you only want to cut footage from someone else's brief, this won't be the right fit.

About us: We're a fast-growing UK startup that gives professional athletes (NBA, NFL, Premier League, F1) access to carefully selected investment opportunities. Our purpose is to help them grow their wealth and secure their future. You'll work in a proper production team with high-quality video, audio, and scripts — not repetitive TikTok/IG content.

What you'll do:

* Ideate video concepts and write scripts that inform and engage our audience
* Own the storytelling — shape each video into a clear, compelling narrative
* Edit videos end to end from a brief: assemble the story, find music, cut footage with b-roll, add basic animation, and color render
* Work with AI video tools (e.g. Higgsfield) as part of your editing workflow
* Collaborate with the creative team on concepts and keep every video on-brand

What we're looking for:

* 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
* Mastery of Premiere Pro; After Effects for basic animation
* Experience with AI video tools, or a strong willingness to learn them fast
* Good storytelling instincts — or the drive to develop them
* Sound design skills
* Your own editing setup that can handle Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Good written and spoken English
* Willingness to work UK hours (9 AM – 6 PM UK time, Mon–Fri)

Comp and benefits:

* $1,300 – $1,500 per month, paid bi-weekly
* 15 days PTO + paid regular Philippine public holidays
* Full-time only
