ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a LinkedIn content agency that produces social video content for executives and recruiters. We are hiring a video editor whose sole focus is turning long-form talking-head interview recordings into short, polished clips for LinkedIn. This is a straightforward, repeatable workflow. We are not looking for motion graphics artists, animators, or cinematic editors. We need someone who is fast, reliable, and precise at the specific process described below.
THE WORKFLOW (READ THIS CAREFULLY)
You will receive a single video file of a talking-head interview, typically 30 to 60 minutes long. Your job, start to finish:

2 - Cut 5 clips, each between 30 seconds and 2 minutes long. Each clip should open strong and end clean with no rambling lead-ins or awkward cutoffs.
3 - Enhance the audio. Clean up background noise, normalize levels, and make the speaker sound clear and professional.
4 - Color correct the footage. Adjust exposure, white balance, and color so the speaker looks polished and natural. Nothing cinematic or stylized — just clean and professional.
5 - Add subtitles. Burn accurate, well-timed subtitles into each clip. Spelling, grammar, and timing must be precise.
6 - Export and deliver the 5 finished clips in a format optimized for LinkedIn (MP4, vertical or square as specified per client).
That is the entire job. We do not need transitions, graphics, background music, intros, outros, lower thirds, or any other additions. Do not add them.
