Full-Time Video Editor (Remote)

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Video Editor to join our growing team.

At Employ Borderless, we create educational content that helps businesses understand global payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions so they can confidently find the right solution for their business.
As our YouTube and social media channels continue to grow, we're looking for a talented editor to help us create engaging, high-quality content that educates and informs our audience.

You'll edit short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok) as well as long-form YouTube videos covering topics related to payroll, HR, and global employment. Our goal is to make educational content clear, engaging, and enjoyable to watch.

Your day-to-day work will focus on video editing. As we continue to grow, there may be opportunities to expand your role to activities like production, scripting and content planning.

What You'll Do:

- Edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, and sound effects where appropriate.
- Create engaging edits that improve viewer retention.
- Maintain a consistent editing style and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to improve video performance and engagement.
- Organize project files and deliver videos on schedule.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience editing YouTube videos and short-form social media content.
- Understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Has experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
We're not tied to any specific software - as long as you're experienced and can produce high-quality videos.
- Has a strong eye for detail and can work independently.
- Communicates effectively in English.
- Is reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience editing business, finance, HR, SaaS, or educational content.
