We're looking for a highly skilled, efficient Video Editor to join our growing online business!

You'll support multiple brands, including Amazon product review channels and a creator education platform that helps Amazon Influencers grow their businesses through courses, mentorship, and community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos as your primary responsibility, while also creating Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content.
- Create engaging edits with strong storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and clean transitions.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
- Create thumbnails and supporting visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.
- Use AI tools to streamline your editing workflow while maintaining high creative standards.
- Assist with publishing content across YouTube and other platforms, including scheduling and file organization.
- Collaborate with the team to improve editing workflows and brainstorm creative ideas.
- Grow into social media strategy and performance analysis (CTR, watch time, audience retention, engagement) as you develop in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- At least 2 years of professional video editing experience, including experience working with international clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube editing.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, OpusClip, and Descript.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a workstation that meets our minimum hardware requirements.
- Available for at least 2 hours of overlap with EST (7:00–9:00 PM PHT).
- Comfortable installing productivity and time-tracking software (Hubstaff).

Nice to Have:
- Experience editing product review or comparison videos.
- Experience with social media management, content scheduling, or analytics.
- Experience with the Amazon Influencer Program or affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with ---------- or similar review platforms.
- Motion graphics experience using After Effects or Fusion.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $800–$1,000 USD/month, depending on experience and skills
- 13th Month Pay
- Annual merit raise and performance-based bonuses
