Human Dynamix is a fast-growing performance brand focused on premium knee sleeves for athletes and runners. We create products that help people move better, train harder, and stay injury-free.
We are looking for a video editor who understands performance marketing — not just someone who can edit beautifully, but someone who knows how to create ads that convert.
You will be editing short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok using UGC, product footage, testimonials and training clips.
This is NOT cinematic YouTube editing.
This is fast-paced, high-retention, scroll-stopping ad editing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Edit 10–20 short-form ads per month (15–45 sec)
- Create multiple hook variations
- Add dynamic captions and subtitles
- Improve pacing, retention and watch time
- Test different angles (pain, performance, recovery, stability)
- Repurpose winning ads into new variations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience editing performance ads for e-commerce brands
- Understands hooks, retention and direct response structure
- Can work fast and iterate quickly
- Knows Meta and TikTok ad formats
- Has a portfolio of ad creatives that generated results
- Speaks and writes English fluently
Big plus if you:
- Have worked with running, sports or health brands
- Understand athletes / running culture / Hyrox
- Can also give creative input on scripts
This role can grow into a long-term collaboration if performance is strong.
