About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Video Editor to support our Marketing Team on a project basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Media Editor to bring stories to life through clean, engaging edits. From podcast episodes to branded client videos, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver polished content on time.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the Creative Media Editor on assigned video projects.
Edit and produce video content based on timelines set during Marketing Team collaboration.
Ensure final outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and ready for distribution.
Create short-form videos, reels, and highlight videos from longer video content.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our video content.
We are seeking a skilled and creative video editor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on post-production projects for vodcasts, podcasts, educational content, and more. If you have a passion for video editing and the ability to create engaging shorts, reels, and highlight videos, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and enhance full-length videos, vodcasts, and videocasts to create polished and engaging content.
Create short-form videos, reels, and highlight videos from longer video content.
Collaborate with our team to ensure that content meets our client's needs and our standards.
Incorporate creative and visually appealing elements to make our content stand out.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our video content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and creativity in editing.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with our team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
A passion for storytelling through video.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing educational content or client interfacing materials.
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe After Effects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
