Role Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Video Editor with a passion for paid social. Your main mission? Create short-form video ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that hook, engage, and convert. You’re performance-driven, constantly optimizing for hook rate and CTR, and thrive on results.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging, thumb-stopping video content for paid social campaigns
• Develop variations and test creatives to optimize for CTR and hook rate
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align visuals with messaging
• Implement motion graphics, subtitles, and platform-specific styles
• Stay on top of trends in short-form and paid social video

What You Bring
• Proven experience editing paid social ads (please share a portfolio)
• Strong grasp of what makes videos perform: hooks, pacing, CTA placement
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Data-driven and results-focused
• Excellent communication skills in English
