JOB OVERVIEW

We partner with medical practices and doctors to build dominant digital presences through strategic content and paid advertising. We capture high-quality video content in quarterly shoots and transform that raw footage into organic posts and high-converting video ads that position our clients as the leading authorities in their medical markets. We’re now expanding our team to meet growing demand. I’m looking for an absolute expert in video editing.

Role & Responsibilities
As our Video Editor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and organizing hours of footage
- Adding B-roll, subtitles, and appropriate music to talking head videos
- Editing multiple short-form reels for Meta ads and organic content
- Creating eye-catching, scroll-stopping content
- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in CapCut Pro and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working with a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling video editing software
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating through Asana and Slack

You should have:
- Advanced English language skills
- An upbeat, helpful attitude
- 100% honesty and transparency
- Attention to detail (e.g., include your zodiac sign in the subject line!)
- Advanced knowledge of hooks and viral video techniques
- Advanced understanding of Meta ads
- Optional but valuable: Graphic design skills (thumbnails, social media graphics, motion graphics)
- If you cannot commit to daily output of 5–10 videos, please do not apply.
