JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for VIDEO EDITORS (OPEN TO JUNIOR ROLE)

Ideal Candidate Traits

Strong understanding of English phrasing and tone to create cohesive, impactful edits.
Initiative, creativity, and openness to feedback.
Eager to learn and improve through training.
Ability to identify and craft engaging hooks from raw footage.
Collaborative and communicative with tea ---------- mbers and clients.

Must-Have Skills

Audio cleanup for podcast clarity.
Visual polishing: color correction, captions, pacing, and overall aesthetic.
Story sense: ability to find the “hook” and build compelling narratives from raw footage.
Syncing multiple camera angles or sources when required.
Proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Experience with clipping—finding key ---------- nts and creating dynamic, standalone clips.

Bonus

Experience editing head-talking videos into dynamic, scroll-stopping reels.
