JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled video editor to join REViVE Marketing Partners — a boutique Amazon marketing agency creating educational content for CPG brands and Amazon sellers.
This role is specifically for long-form YouTube content: 5–8 minute talking head, educational videos designed to build trust, teach, and retain viewers from start to finish. We publish consistently, and we need an editor who can match that pace without sacrificing quality.

What you'll be editing:
- 5–8 minute educational YouTube videos (talking head style)
- Content targeting Amazon sellers and eCommerce brand owners
- Occasional supporting graphics or visual assets

What we expect from your edits:
- Strong pacing — you know how to feel the rhythm of a video and cut accordingly
- Motion graphics and dynamic visuals that reinforce the content — not text slapped on a static background
- Clean, polished output that looks professional and on-brand every time
- Consistent quality across every video, not just your first one

Turnaround expectations:
First draft: 2–4 business days
Revisions: under 24 hours, every time

Responsiveness is non-negotiable:
You must be available for messaging Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM CST
We expect a reply within 2 hours any time we reach out during those hours
If something comes up, you communicate proactively — you don't go quiet

You're a fit if you:
Have a portfolio of long-form talking head YouTube edits (5+ minutes)
Understand pacing intuitively — you watch the video, you feel where it drags, you fix it
Are comfortable with motion graphics beyond basic text animations
Take revision notes seriously and execute them fast
Work independently and don't need to be chased for updates
