JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: Per project, negotiable

Description:

We are a UGC education and content brand and we ship fast. Right now that is 3 YouTube videos a week (promoting our services btb with tutorials) plus multiple VSLs, and we need an editor who can handle both long form and short form. Not one or the other.

What you would be editing:

3 long form YouTube videos per week
VSLs, several per month
Short form reels pulled from the long form for IG, TikTok and Shorts
A lot of work for a talented editor!!

What we need from you:

Real long form experience. Pacing, structure, keeping people watching.
Real short form experience. Hooks, captions, fast cuts.
Consistency. Same colors, fonts and caption styles across every video you touch.
You take revision notes once and apply them properly.
Reliable internet and a machine that can handle heavy raw files. A lot of our footage is large.

Pay: anywhere between $500-$2k/mo (THE BETTER AND FASTER U ARE, THE MORE U GET PAID!!)

Per project basis. Rates are negotiable depending on your portfolio and your turnaround speed. We LOVE incentivising good talent properly once we see proof!!
