About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile Video Editor skilled in producing both long-form content (YouTube
faceless videos, luxury watch tour videos) and short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels,
YouTube Shorts). You will transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for
each platform while maintaining consistent branding, pacing, and storytelling quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube, including faceless content and high-quality luxury
watch tour videos.
- Create short-form videos such as TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social clips.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short, engaging bite-sized content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, animations, SFX, and music.
- Perform color correction, grading, audio clean-up, and overall quality refinement.
Creative & Strategy
- Collaborate with creative leads to understand briefs, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Craft compelling narratives, pacing, and visual storytelling across all formats.
- Optimize content for platform-specific best practices (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram,
Facebook
- Contribute creative ideas for content themes, visual direction, and storytelling approach.
Workflow & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain all media assets, project files, and working libraries.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Export and deliver videos in various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios depending on
platform needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form content (portfolio or demo reel
required).
- Proficiency in at least one major editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and audience retention strategies.
- Experience creating platform-optimized content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels,
and Shorts.
- Ability to maintain consistent branding and visual style across various content types.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools for editing and content generation
- Thumbnail creation and basic graphic design
- at least an Intel i5 (7th generation or above) or an AMD Ryzen 5 (2nd generation or above).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of content analytics, audience retention data, and platform algorithms.
