We are a fast-growing DTC skincare eCommerce brand. We are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber, not a freelancer, who wants to build a stable career with us.

We believe in empowering our team. You will get access (and training!) on premium AI tools like Higgsfield, Gemini, and ChatGPT to make your workflow faster and more creative.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a "preditor" (Producer/Editor)—someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and marketing, not just button-pushing.

- You possess a "student mindset": You take feedback well, you don't take critiques personally, and you improve quickly. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow, not someone who thinks they already know everything.
- You are efficient: You can edit a high-quality 60-second video in 2-3 hours and create a social graphic in 1-2 hours without sacrificing quality.
- You are detail-oriented: You have 0% tolerance for typos in captions and overlays.
- You are tech-savvy: You are excited to use AI to generate ideas and speed up your work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Short-Form Video: Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikToks (15–90 seconds) focused on UGC, products, and trends.
- Long-Form Video: Edit YouTube videos, and VSLs (5+ minutes) with clean pacing and storytelling.
- Engagement: Add animated captions, text callouts, B-roll, and visual hooks to keep retention high.
- Graphic Design: Create static ad creatives, quote cards, thumbnails, and simple motion ads.
- Photo Editing: Retouch, resize, and clean up product/lifestyle images.
- Copywriting: Write and polish short English hooks/headlines for your videos and ads.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)
- Computer Specs: You must have a PC capable of editing 4K footage and running Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects without lag or crashing. (Recommended: 16GB+ RAM, SSD Storage).
- Internet Connection: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (Fiber preferred). You will be required to download and upload large batches of raw 4K video files from Google Drive daily.
- Software: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), CapCut, or Final Cut + Canva/Photoshop/Figma or equivalent.
