JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a content creator and voice actor building a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, combining fitness, comedy, and lifestyle content. I'm looking for a full time hire whose core strength is video editing and graphic design, who can also take on some social media management, online store upkeep, and audio file organization as secondary responsibilities.

The bulk of this role is video editing for mainstream social media content (fitness, comedy, lifestyle), not adult material. Separately, I also produce audio only adult content (erotic voice acting) as part of my work, and part of this role involves organizing and managing those audio files on Google Drive. You will not be editing, viewing, or producing any visual adult content, this is strictly an audio file organization task. If you're not comfortable handling adult audio files in a purely administrative capacity (sorting, naming, archiving), this role isn't a fit.

Core responsibilities (video editing and design, most of the workload):
Edit short form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube (cuts, pacing, captions, sound design, basic motion graphics)

Design graphics for posts, thumbnails, promo material, and the online store

Propose original content concepts and visual ideas that fit the brand's tone (fitness, comedy, lifestyle)

Stay current on social media trends (sounds, formats, hooks, posting patterns) and apply them to content decisions

Write video descriptions, captions, and tags optimized for reach and engagement on each platform

Secondary responsibilities:
Manage and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit

Manage and update an online store and website (product listings, basic site edits, order related tasks)

Organize and maintain adult audio files stored on Google Drive (folder structure, naming conventions, archiving); no listening, editing, or content review required

Track weekly goals and deliverables, and come prepared to a weekly check in meeting to review progress and plan the next week's priorities
Requirements:
Strong portfolio in video editing and graphic design (please include samples or a reel with your application)

Proficiency with editing software (Adobe suite of products aka Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)

Demonstrated understanding of social media trends and platform specific best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

Skilled at writing descriptions, captions, and tags that maximize engagement and discoverability

Comfortable handling adult audio files in an administrative capacity

Strong written English communication

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated full time schedule

Self starter who can manage multiple ongoing tasks without heavy day to day supervision

Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus

This is a full time position with a fixed monthly rate. We will have a standing weekly meeting to review completed goals and set priorities for the upcoming week. Payment schedule is bi monthly. Bi annual pay increases if performance reviews are favorable.
