JOB OVERVIEW

Talent Connect Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Design to support our marketing and digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos while optimizing content for search visibility across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Google.

This role requires a combination of video editing skills and Graphic Design, content strategy, and SEO knowledge to help grow our digital presence and attract international candidates interested in training programs in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing

Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Create engaging video intros, transitions, subtitles, and visual enhancements

Design YouTube thumbnails and video graphics

Optimize video format and resolution for different platforms

Maintain consistent branding across all video content

SEO & Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research for YouTube, Google, and social media

Write SEO-optimized video titles, descriptions, and tags

Optimize content for YouTube search rankings

Develop SEO-friendly blog or article content related to video topics

Analyze performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements

Requirements

Proven experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization

Experience optimizing content for YouTube and social media platforms

Ability to create engaging visual storytelling

Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with YouTube channel growth strategies

Familiarity with tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or Google Keyword Planner

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

Experience creating Instagram carousel posts or social media visuals
