About Us:
We’re a U.S.-based performance marketing agency that helps B2B and eCommerce brands grow through creative, data-driven advertising. Our clients include SaaS startups, professional service businesses, and DTC brands in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
We’re looking for a versatile Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused video ads while maintaining strong brand consistency across different industries.
Your Role:
You’ll work closely with our creative team to edit video assets for:
- Paid ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn
- Short-form social media content
- UGC-style ad creatives
- Product and service explainer videos
- Landing page and website videos
- Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and story ads
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not just looking for someone who can cut clips together. We want someone who understands pacing, hooks, retention, and direct-response marketing.
You should have:
- 2+ years of video editing experience in an agency or freelance setting
- Experience editing paid social ads that convert
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and storytelling
- Ability to edit UGC-style, product, service, and motion-based ad creatives
- A portfolio of short-form video ads or social media edits required
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap in U.S. time zones
Tools You’ll Use:
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Canva Pro for quick creative edits and layouts
Bonus:
Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, DALL·E, or ElevenLabs
Responsibilities:
- Edit daily video creatives for active ad campaigns
- Create multiple variations of video ads for testing hooks, CTAs, captions, and formats
- Develop video content for clients in tech, consulting, beauty, fashion, home goods, and eCommerce
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and branded elements
- Collaborate with our creative strategist to improve video retention, CTR, and conversions
- Organize video assets in Google Drive, Notion, or shared project folders
- Communicate progress daily through Slack
