Bespoke Agency is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team full-time.

We’re a growing UK-based AI and growth consultancy producing podcasts, founder-led content and social media content for ourselves and our clients.

We create a lot of content.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become the person we can trust to take raw footage and consistently turn it into excellent finished content.

This is not a freelance project or short-term gig.

We want someone looking for a stable, long-term role where they can improve their craft, take ownership of their work and grow alongside the company.

## What You'll Work On

Your main responsibility will be editing podcast and social media content.

You'll be:

* Editing short-form clips for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms
* Turning 30 to 60-minute podcast episodes into engaging short-form content
* Editing full podcast episodes when required
* Adding captions, graphics, B-roll, sound effects and visual elements where appropriate
* Finding the strongest hooks and moments from longer conversations
* Helping us improve the overall quality and style of our content
* Using AI editing tools to make your workflow faster and more efficient
* Organising projects and delivering finished content on schedule

A large part of your job will be taking something that is **good** and asking:

**"How can I make this noticeably better?"**

## The Type of Person We're Looking For

We care much more about your ability than your CV.

You might be a great fit if:

* You have experience editing podcasts or short-form content
* You understand pacing, hooks and retention
* You notice the small details other editors miss
* You can follow creative direction while also bringing your own ideas

## Editing Tools

You should already be comfortable using professional editing software such as:

* Adobe Premiere Pro
* DaVinci Resolve
* Final Cut Pro
* CapCut

Experience with AI tools such as Descript, Higgsfield or other AI-powered editing tools is a bonus.

More importantly, we want someone curious enough to constantly test better ways of producing content.

## What Good Performance Looks Like

You'll succeed in this role if:

* Content is delivered when promised
* Your edits require fewer revisions over time
* You learn our preferred editing style quickly
* You proactively suggest better hooks, cuts and creative ideas
* You communicate early if there is ever a problem
* The quality of your editing visibly improves month after month

We want someone who eventually understands our content so well that we don't need to explain every decision.

## Compensation

**$500 USD per month**

Full-time, remote position.

We are specifically open to applicants based in the Philippines.

There is an opportunity for compensation to increase as you demonstrate strong performance, reliability and greater responsibility within the company.
