JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor (Freelance) – AI Short-Form Content (Roofing Industry)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Working Hours: Full-Time (UK Hours)
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Philippines Time (BST)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing marketing company working with roofing businesses across the UK. Due to increased demand, we are hiring an additional full-time freelance video editor to join our team.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content between 20 and 60 seconds using AI tools and editing software. This is a fast-paced, high-output role suited to experienced editors who can deliver consistently without needing training.

Key Responsibilities
Edit 5 to 6 short-form videos per day depending on style and complexity
Use Flow for AI video generation and CapCut for editing
Ensure same-day turnaround on all assigned videos
Make quick revisions based on feedback
Attend a daily team call at 8:30 AM UK time
Collaborate with the team using Microsoft Teams, Trello, and Google Drive
Maintain consistent quality, pacing, and structure across all videos

Requirements
Proven experience in video editing with CapCut
Strong understanding of short-form content such as TikTok, Reels, and ads
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Fluent English both written and spoken
Reliable high-speed internet and a capable computer
Ability to meet daily deadlines consistently
Organised, responsive, and able to take feedback quickly
Must be able to work UK hours consistently

Compensation
500 dollars per month as a full-time freelance role
