JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing direct-response supplement brand (European market) looking for a video editor who doesn't just cut clean footage but understands performance creative – ads that sell, not just ads that look nice.
Our focus is paid social (primarily Meta). We produce new ad variations constantly, test aggressively, and need someone who brings speed, quality, and a real instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention.
What you'll be doing

Editing direct-response video ads (UGC, VSLs, statement ads, listicle formats) for Meta
Taking ad concepts from hook to CTA independently
Heavily leveraging AI tools for creation and iteration (image/video generation, voice, upscaling, B-roll replacement, etc.)
Producing variations fast for split-testing (hooks, angles, thumbnails)
Working closely with our media-buying and creative team

What you should bring

Proven experience editing DTC / direct-response ads (not a wedding/corporate-video profile)
A strong AI creation skill set – you use AI as a real production lever, not a gimmick, and you know the current tools inside out
Understanding of performance logic: hook in the first 3 seconds, retention, pattern interrupts, pacing
Speed without losing quality – we test a lot and need consistent output
Confident with the standard editing tools (Premiere / CapCut / After Effects, etc.)
Reliable and self-directed (remote, full-time)
Good English for collaboration
