Position: Video Editor –

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video ads for
- Work with AI UGC, voiceovers, testimonials, product clips, and b-roll
- Follow proven frameworks for hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs
- Refresh top-performing ads to fight creative fatigue
- Add subtitles, transitions, and sound effects for engagement
- Deliver in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) as needed
- Follow creative briefs and directions accurately
- Collaborate with the team via
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience editing e-commerce or
- Proficient in CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Veo 3, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of ad pacing, storytelling, and engagement
- Able to follow creative briefs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in output
- Comfortable using
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify
- Familiarity with direct-response ad strategy (e.g., hook testing)
- Portfolio showing ads with strong performance metrics
