THE ROLE
Market Leaders is a lean coaching and marketing education brand. You’ll produce 4–6 long-form videos per month (10–60 minutes each) — YouTube, course content, webinars — with clear briefs, direct creative collaboration, and enough time to do it properly. Hormozi-level quality standards. Peaceful & Profitable culture. No 11 PM revision requests.

WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years of long-form video editing — agency or in-house
• Mastery of at least one professional editing tool
• Strong audio mixing — dialogue, music, noise reduction
• Ability to handle consistent volume without sacrificing quality
• Collaborative, proactive, and low-drama

NICE TO HAVE (not required)
• Familiarity/background of Mandarin language
