We work with research-backed scripts (based on Reddit, forums, and real user pain points) and create emotionally resonant storytelling videos that perform across Meta
We’re now looking for a Creative Video Editor who can bring these stories to life.
???? Your Role
You’ll be responsible for turning our research-based scripts and voiceovers into visually powerful storytelling ads.
You’ll use a mix of real footage, AI visuals, motion graphics, and strong emotional pacing to engage older audiences (50–75 years old) in the Unaware and Problem Aware stages of the customer journey.
We’ll collaborate closely — you’ll receive finished scripts, hooks, and brand guidelines — but you’ll have the creative freedom to visually interpret each concept and bring it to life.
???? What You’ll Work On
Create educational & emotional storytelling ads for the Unaware and Problem Aware stages.
Turn research-based scripts into clear, visually engaging 60–75 second video ads.
Build visual metaphors (e.g. blood flow slowing down, fluid buildup, stiffness relief).
Sync AI voiceovers and music to match emotional tone and pacing.
Design and animate on-screen text & captions optimized for Meta.
Produce multiple variants of hooks and openings for testing (A/B).
Collaborate directly with the creative director to refine concepts based on data and feedback.
???? Skills & Tools Required
Expert in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Experience with After Effects (for motion graphics & overlays)
Comfortable using AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, Magnific, Synthesia)
Experience creating educational or emotional ad storytelling (not hard-sell edits)
Strong understanding of pacing, empathy, and visual clarity for 50+ audiences
Fluent in English (understanding of tone and timing for voiceover integration)
Ability to use AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Revoicer) — in Dutch, German, and French is a big plus
Organized and able to deliver 1–2 ad versions per week consistently

Background in psychology, storytelling, or advertising
Experience with health / wellness / mobility-related ads
Experience with Ecommerce creatives that focus on empathy and education
Ability to create unique visual animations that simplify medical or biological explanations
