JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing e-commerce brand selling profiled insoles, primarily in Poland with expansion to the Czech market. We produce a high volume of video ads and we need someone who knows how to make ads that actually convert.

What You Will Be Doing

Editing VSLs, UGC ads, reels and story ads based on provided scripts. Matching every line of the script with a visual that reinforces the message emotionally. Generating AI video clips from prompts using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling or similar. Sourcing b-roll from stock platforms and TikTok. Organizing and maintaining footage libraries on Google Drive.
We also have winning videos that perform well on Meta and your job will sometimes be to adapt them for the Polish and Czech market. This means recreating the visual flow, replacing the text with our copy and giving the video fresh energy that fits our brand.

What We Are Looking For

Solid experience editing VSLs and direct response ads for e-commerce, specifically Meta. Portfolio with Meta ad examples, non-negotiable. Comfortable with AI video generation tools, you already use at least one. Experience with ElevenLabs or similar voiceover tools. Perfect visual sync, every sentence of the script matched with a visual that reinforces the message. Understanding that editing is about emotion, from the frustration of tired feet to the relief and joy of being active again. Self-organized, fast with revisions, proactive communicator.

How We Work

You get a script, you build the ad. Feedback via WhatsApp or ---------- . Flexible hours, full time commitment, Monday to Friday.

How To Apply

Shortlisted candidates will receive a test task: a one minute ad built from a provided script using our b-roll bank and self-sourced footage.
