JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring the right person immediately for our expanding media & coaching brand "Loving a BPD Babe" as we are making daily social media content and launching a weekly video podcast "The Marine & The Stripper" alongside active YouTube and social channels. We need a reliable, detail-oriented media operator to edit and distribute our content.

What You Will Do:
- Edit within Riverside.fm.
- Cut and assemble engaging podcast episodes (cutting out the fluff) for YouTube and Spotify/Apple RSS.
- Add clear captions, on-screen text hooks, and b-roll/audio leveling.
- Draft optimized YouTube titles, thumbnails (SEO & Show notes are done for you in Riverside.fm)
- Schedule and publish content across YouTube (Long-form + Shorts), Instagram, and TikTok.
- Learn our edgy tone and bold style and eventually edit social media videos. Carissa posts 3 videos per day and needs help

Required Skills & Tools:
- Bold and brave! You'll be adopting our strong and direct style (show us what you're made of in your reply)
- Experience with Riverside.fm, Descript, CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Proficiency using AI clipping tools (OpusClip, Munch, or similar) to spot strong hooks.
- Strong written English for titles, hooks, and video descriptions.
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30+ Mbps upload speed).
