JOB OVERVIEW

We're a supplement brand running direct response ads on Meta and TikTok. We're looking for a full-time video editor who understands what makes ads convert — not just what makes them look good.

You'll work directly with a creative strategist who handles all the copy, scripts, and hook ideas. Your job is to take that direction and bring it to life — sharp editing, smart pacing, strong visual decisions.

Formats we produce:

- Short-form VSLs (30–90 seconds)
- Long-form VSLs (5–15 minutes)
- Image ads
- UGC-style ads

You don't need to be great at all of them — but tell us what you're strongest at in your application.

Requirements:

- Experience editing direct response or performance ads (health/supplement niche is a strong advantage)
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats and trends
- Strong skills in hooks, pacing, and storytelling — this is everything
- Experience with AI tools: AI voiceover (ElevenLabs, etc.), AI UGC (HeyGen, Synthesia), AI B-roll (Runway, Kling), AI image generation
- Ability to source and work with B-roll from TikTok and Instagram
- Actively staying current on the latest ad styles and trends
- Can take a script and reference ad and execute with your own creative touch on pacing, transitions, and visuals
- Strong understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ad creatives perform
- High level of English
- Available full-time

You don't need to:

- Write copy or scripts (handled for you)
- Know media buying or ad accounts
- Be a strategist — we need a killer executor with good creative taste
