JOB OVERVIEW

Join a mission-driven team creating faith-inspired artwork seen by millions worldwide. We're looking for a Video Editor and Digital Designer who can take raw content and turn it into compelling short-form videos that stop the scroll and drive action — and who also has the design chops to create polished product imagery and prepare files for print.

Who We Are
Our mission is to declare the truth of God's Word through artwork. The original artwork that started our brand is called 'God's Fingerprint' and was created in 2011. Since then, we've sold over 300,000 art prints to customers in 50+ countries and reached millions through our website and social platforms. We're a small, focused team guided by three values: Christ-centered, Integrity, and Excellence. We've donated over $250,000 to Alongsiders International, which disciples orphans and vulnerable children through local churches worldwide. You'll work directly with the founder, and your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people.

The Role
We need someone who thinks about the first three seconds, keeps retention high, and knows how to make a viewer stop scrolling and feel something. You'll take raw content and scripts and turn them into videos that perform. Alongside video, you'll handle design production — product imagery, lifestyle mockups using AI tools, and preparing print-ready files. If you're strong at both and care deeply about the quality of your work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Video
• Use provided assets and scripts to produce short-form video content that stops the scroll and drives action
• Think intentionally about hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, and CTAs on every video
• Work from templates and brand guidelines while bringing creative instincts to every edit
• Create Reels and carousel content using Scripture-based quotes and branded visuals
• Repurpose and resize video content for Facebook ads and other placements

Design & Production
• Create polished, launch-ready product photos for new artwork releases
• Build lifestyle mockups using AI tools and Photoshop
• Prepare print-ready files in Photoshop and Illustrator with close attention to detail and spec
• Adapt and resize assets across website, email, and ad placements

Who You Are
• Strong video editing skills with a performance mindset — hooks, retention, pacing, and CTAs
• Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills for production work and print file preparation
• Experience using AI tools to create lifestyle and product imagery
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple deliverables without hand-holding
• Practicing Christian with a genuine love for Scripture-based content and sees the greater purpose behind it
• Preferred: experience with AI image tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney), DTC e-commerce, or interest in email/CRO strategy

Tools You'll Use
Photoshop & Illustrator | CapCut or Instagram Edits | AI tools (Higgsfield, Claude, or similar) | Shopify

Compensation
• $10-15/hour to start, based on experience — higher rate for an exceptionally strong candidate
• 15-20 hours per week, with real potential to grow into a full-time role
