**About us**

We're Connection Lab, a small media and products brand built around authentic human connection. We film street interviews — real conversations with strangers about things people don't usually say out loud — and turn them into short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We're scaling to 3 published videos per day and need someone to own the edit.

**The role**

You'll receive raw interview footage and turn it into finished vertical videos using a semi-automated workflow we've built with DaVinci Resolve and Claude AI. The AI handles transcription and rough assembly. Your job is to run the AI workflow and check the video comes out smoothly.

Day to day:
- Edit 3 short-form videos per day (vertical, 30–90 seconds) using our documented automated workflow
- Apply our preset look
- Publish finished videos to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube on schedule

**Requirements**

- DaVinci Resolve Studio (paid license)— please include a screenshot of your About panel showing Studio
- A computer that runs Resolve comfortably
- Strong short-form editing instincts — you understand retention, hooks, and when to cut
- Reliable daily availability
- Good english
- Comfortable learning a new AI-assisted workflow from written documentation

**Nice to have**

- Experience editing interview or documentary-style content
- Any hands-on experience with AI tools in your editing process — tell us what you tried and what didn't work
