JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor + Creative Strategist who understands how to create engaging, high-converting content for e-commerce brands.

This role goes beyond video editing — we need someone who can think strategically, develop strong creative angles, leverage AI tools, and turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads that drive results.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Create engaging UGC-style and direct-response ads
Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and ad variations
Turn raw UGC footage into polished, conversion-focused creatives
Use AI tools to improve and speed up the creative process
Research competitors, trends, customer pain points, and winning ad formats
Analyze creative performance and use insights to develop new concepts
Repurpose existing content into fresh ad variations
Collaborate with the team on new campaigns and creative directions

What We’re Looking For:
Strong video editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating your work
Experience creating e-commerce / DTC paid social ads
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
Ability to think like a creative strategist, not just a video editor
Experience with UGC and direct-response marketing
Comfortable using AI tools for creative production, research, ideation, scripting, image/video generation, and content creation
Ability to research and identify new creative opportunities
Fast, organized, and comfortable handling multiple creatives

Big Plus:
Previous experience working with wellness, vitamins, supplements, or health-focused e-commerce brands
Understanding of how to market wellness and supplement products with compelling and trustworthy creatives
Strong copywriting skills for hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs
Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
