Position

Part-Time Video Editor & Content Manager

???? Remote (Philippines)

? 20 Hours Per Week

Monday–Friday

Approximately 4 Hours Per Day

Weekend content should be edited and scheduled during the workweek.

Compensation

Starting Pay

Your Mission

Your job isn’t simply editing videos.

Your job is helping us turn one piece of content into dozens of pieces of content while growing multiple brands.

We’re building a content machine.

What You’ll Do

Every day you’ll receive footage filmed by our owner.

You’ll be responsible for:

Video Editing

? Edit engaging TikToks

? Instagram Reels

? YouTube Shorts

? Facebook Reels

? Long-form YouTube videos

Every edit should include:

* Strong first 3-second hook
* Captions
* Motion graphics
* Sound effects
* Background music
* Zooms
* Punch-ins
* B-roll
* Color correction
* Basic color grading
* High-retention editing
* Remove filler words
* Fast pacing
* Storytelling

Content Repurposing (VERY IMPORTANT)

Every long-form video should become multiple pieces of content.

Example:

One 15-minute YouTube video should become:

* 1 YouTube Video
* 8–15 YouTube Shorts
* 8–15 TikToks
* 8–15 Instagram Reels
* Facebook Reels
* Multiple future content ideas

Nothing should go to waste.

We’re looking for someone who can identify viral ---------- nts—not just wait for instructions.
