We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Video Editor to join our growing team. This role requires dedication to producing high-quality video content for 8 hours a day, focusing on both short-form (e.g., social media clips) and long-form content. The ideal candidate will be an expert storyteller with technical mastery in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and finalize raw footage for various platforms, ensuring high production value across short and long-form projects.
• Specialize in editing high-impact content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Expertly edit "talking head" style videos for interviews, testimonials, or direct-to-camera messaging.
• Produce polished video assets specifically tailored for Google and Social Media Ad campaigns (final output formatted for various ad specs; ad campaign management is handled internally).
• Incorporate professional motion graphics, sound design, and color correction to enhance storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and effects.
• Demonstrable experience editing content for social media and advertising is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full 8-hour workday workload efficiently.
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual branding to align with company style.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based asset management or remote workflow tools (e.g.,
Portfolio/Reel Requirement (Mandatory):
• Must provide a link to an online portfolio or reel showcasing recent, relevant work.
