JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Be Doing

As our Video Editor & Colour Grader, you'll receive raw footage from our team and transform it into polished, engaging content that tells a story and captures attention.

Your responsibilities include:

- Take raw video footage and organize it into a clean editing workflow.
- Professionally colour correct and colour grade footage to create a premium, cinematic look.
- Turn raw clips into compelling, story-driven videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create a variety of content styles, including cinematic brand videos, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes edits, talking-head videos, product showcases, event recaps, and trend-based content.
- Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and motion graphics where appropriate to enhance the final product.
- Maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with each client's brand while bringing creative ideas to every project.
- Deliver polished, platform-ready videos that are optimized for engagement and performance.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- Has strong colour grading skills (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
- Is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Understands current social media editing styles and trends
- Has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and detail
- Is dependable, organized, and meets deadlines consistently
- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Has a reliable computer and fast internet connection
